This Privacy Policy describes how Beehave Software Limited ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with our platform and its specialized SaaS products (collectively, the "Services").
Beehave Software Limited operates as a Technology Provider. Our clients (the "Tenants" or "Business Owners") use our Services to communicate with their own customers ("End Users").
2. Information We Collect
To provide multi-channel marketing automation, we collect:
- Account Information: Name, business email, and contact details of the Tenant.
- Third-Party Integration Data:
- WhatsApp: WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) IDs, Phone Number IDs, and Message Templates.
- LINE: Channel IDs and Access Tokens for LINE Official Accounts.
- Email & SMS: Sender identity data and recipient contact lists provided by the Tenant.
- End User Data: Phone numbers, names, and interaction history (e.g., "message read" status) imported by the Tenant or collected via AI-driven tagging.
3. How We Use Information
We use the collected data specifically to:
- Facilitate the sending of messages via WhatsApp Business API, LINE Messaging API, SMS gateways, and Email (Resend).
- Power AI-driven "Persona Tagging" to help Tenants segment their customer base.
- Process subscription payments and usage-based billing via Stripe.
- Provide analytics on campaign performance (Open rates, click rates, etc.).
4. Platform-Specific Policies
A. WhatsApp & Meta Integration
Our App uses Meta's Embedded Signup to connect Tenant accounts. We do not store personal Facebook passwords. We store System-user tokens to manage templates and send messages as authorized by the Tenant.
B. LINE Official Account Integration
We process LINE User IDs solely for the purpose of sending "Flex Messages" and automated replies as configured by the Tenant.
C. SMS & Email
We act as a processor for SMS and Email. Tenants are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right (opt-in) to contact End Users via these channels.
5. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We share data with the following essential sub-processors:
- Meta (WhatsApp): For message delivery and template management.
- LINE Corporation: For delivery via LINE OA.
- Stripe: For secure payment processing.
- Supabase / AWS: For secure data storage and hosting.
- Anthropic / OpenAI: For AI-driven guest tagging (data is anonymized where possible).
6. Data Deletion & Retention
Users may request data deletion at any time.
- Tenants: Can disconnect their WhatsApp/LINE accounts via the Dashboard, which revokes our access tokens.
- End Users: Should contact the specific Business (Tenant) to be removed from their list.
- Direct Request: You may also email support@beehavesoft.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request." We will process all verified requests within 30 days.
