Our story.
Beehave is a technology company focused on building modular, AI-enhanced business applications for industries that global SaaS platforms were never really built for.
Built in SEA. Built for SEA.
Founded in 2017, Beehave started with a simple premise: the best business software disappears into your workflow. You shouldn't need a consultant to configure it, a developer to customise it, or a manual to use it. Our first clients — LVMH Hong Kong and Airbus — proved the concept at scale.
We went vertical-first from 2018, starting with legal professionals in France: notaries and law firms who needed structured, secure tools built around how they actually work.
That same philosophy — deep vertical fit, fast deployment, no unnecessary complexity — drives our expansion into Southeast Asia today, where F&B operators, manufacturers, and medical clinics face the same gap: enterprise software is too slow and expensive, generic SaaS too shallow.
How we got here
Founded
Beehave is born with a clear premise: make powerful business software accessible without the overhead of traditional enterprise development. The first year sets the tone — two landmark clients from day one: LVMH Hong Kong, and a project with Airbus.
Vertical-first strategy — Legal
Rather than chasing a horizontal platform, Beehave bets on depth over breadth. The first vertical: legal professionals in France. Notaries and law firms needed structured, secure data tools built around how they actually work — not adapted from generic SaaS.
Platform maturity
After years of iterating with real clients across industries, the no-code platform reaches a new level: fully flexible, fast to set up, and robust enough to handle complex enterprise workflows without a single line of custom code.
The AI reset
A deliberate and sharp pivot: Beehave sunsets its no-code platform entirely and rebuilds from scratch on a modern stack. The new codebase is leaner, faster, and designed from the ground up around AI — not adapted to it. Every product shipped from this point is built on this foundation.
Multi-product, multi-market
Beehave now operates four products — NexHive, RevRoom, MedBook, and Beehave for legal professionals — across Southeast Asia and France, with a shared AI and data infrastructure that gets smarter with every deployment.
What sets us apart
We act as a long-term technology partner — not a vendor.
Modular AI Business Apps
Each product is purpose-built for its industry. Beehave doesn't sell features — it sells workflows that match the way your business actually operates, with AI embedded from day one rather than retrofitted on top.
Vertical-native design
F&B operators, manufacturers, medical clinics, and legal professionals each have unique data structures, customer relationships, and regulatory contexts. Generic platforms bend those to fit their model. Beehave builds around yours.
No-code, fast deployment
Beehave leverages no-code and low-code platforms so domain experts can configure and extend their own tools — without a development team. New workflows and customisations go live in days, not months.
Built for SEA
Global SaaS adapts Southeast Asia as an afterthought. Beehave started here — with LINE, WhatsApp, and local payment flows built in from the start, and support teams in the region, not a global ticket queue.
What we build
Digitalisation
Converting manual or legacy processes into automated digital workflows — from paper-based records and Excel sheets to structured, queryable data with role-based access and audit trails.
CRM & Data Management
Centralised customer and relationship data, AI-enhanced with predictive tagging, automated segmentation, and re-engagement logic built around your industry's specific customer lifecycle.
Multi-channel Automation
Native integration with WhatsApp Business, LINE Official Account, email (Resend), and SMS — so your team reaches customers on the channels they actually use, automatically and compliantly.
AI-assisted Onboarding
Getting started should take days, not months. Beehave's AI onboarding wizard maps your existing data, configures your product, and gets your team operational — without external consultants.
